We design freestanding cabin saunas and barrel saunas that sit naturally next to a pool, on a deck, or tucked into a corner of the yard. The layout is planned around your existing hardscape so the sauna feels like it was always part of the property, not an afterthought bolted on later.
Built to Handle the LA Climate
Outdoor builds face sun, heat, and the occasional coastal moisture, so we construct them differently than indoor saunas. We use weather-treated Western red cedar, proper exterior cladding, a sealed roof, and a solid foundation or pad, all designed to hold up to year-round Los Angeles exposure. The result is a sauna that looks great for years and performs the same in summer heat as it does on a cool winter night.
Barrel Saunas and Custom Cabins
We build both classic barrel saunas and fully custom outdoor cabins. Barrel saunas heat quickly, use space efficiently, and bring a distinctive look to a backyard. Custom cabins give you more room, design flexibility, and options like picture windows, glass fronts, and covered porches. During the design phase we help you choose the style that fits your space, your budget, and how you want to use it.
Foundation, Electrical, and Permits Handled
An outdoor sauna adds a few steps that an indoor build does not: a foundation or pad, exterior weatherproofing, and often a buried electrical run for the heater. We handle all of it, including coordinating licensed electricians and pulling the required permits with the local building and safety department. It is a fully managed, turnkey project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
